ORDERING INFORMATION

Our telemarketing staff stands ready to assist you with order placement and any questions you may have. Minimum purchases are required on opening orders. You may reach us toll free at 1-800-223-9812 or locally at 1-816-231-3700. Hair U Wear ® accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and C.O.D. payments.

 

SALES TERMS

All Sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Notify Hair U Wear ® within 5 days of receipt of goods to report shipping errors. Hair U Wear ® will make corrections upon verification. Minimum order of $50 is required.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. A Return Goods Authorization form and address label will be issued. The merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. You will be credited the amount you paid less a restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

 

DEFECTIVES AND SHIPPING ERROR RETURNS

Hair U Wear ® guarantees the quality of all merchandise. Hair U Wear ® will promptly issue a UPS pickup for exchange or credit. However, Hair U Wear ® will not accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.

 

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise requested, Hair U Wear ® ships all orders UPS ground. Upon request, we will ship your orders 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Federal Express. Federal Express and UPS Saturday delivery are available at a premium price. Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order.

 

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Should any order be damaged in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:

1. Obtain an inspection report from your local UPS office.
2. Have UPS return the merchandise, with receipt enclosed, back to Hair U Wear ®. Under no circumstance should merchandise be returned in any other way without first consulting your salesperson.

 

LOST MERCHANDISE

Should merchandise be lost in transit, Hair U Wear ® will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit issued.

 

REFUSALS

Any account who refuses an order at the time of delivery will incur a $10.00 restocking fee plus any freight charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Hair U Wear ® will not incur the above mentioned fees.

There will be a $30.00 service charge for checks that are returned unpaid for any reason.
Hair U Wear ® is EDI capable and lists its product catalog on the QRS Tradewear Catalog.
