- Use the Material Sample Book to select the base materials and construction features to suit your client’s needs and preferred method of application.
- Prepare a mold or template of the client’s head. We recommend using the Accu-Cap Set for the greatest accuracy.
- Match your client’s hair color by choosing a shade from an American Hairlines color ring.
- Call your American Hairlines Custom Design Specialist at 888-766-6832 ext.2965 to complete a custom order form.
- Once your custom order has been submitted, we will provide a quote. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your custom order.

- Hair density and placement
- Hair colors and placement, such as adding highlights or blending in grey
- Materials, size and base construction
- Replicate or modify existing designs
